Treatment at Stichting Sarya consists of various conversations and treatment techniques that we determine together with you and record in the treatment plan. The treatment preferably takes place face-to-face, but can also be supported by telephone treatments, eHealth treatments and / or group treatment. The choice of a (combination of) treatment technique is determined in consultation with you, taking into account any previously achieved treatment results and treatment history, other intended effects, (expected) side effects and interactions.
If it appears that there is insufficient added value of the treatment, the treatment can be adjusted, transferred or terminated.

|Schema Therapy||Recognizing old dysfunctional schemas, unpleasant feelings and (behavioral) patterns in order to gain a better grip on them or to change them|
|Somatic Experience / Body-oriented Trauma Therapy||Perceiving physical sensations, to help the body release tension and thereby heal the trauma|
